ホルモン焼きうどんとは岡山県津山市のご当地B級グルメのことで、町おこしのために津山市一押しの名物。
鉄板で焼く、焼きうどんで、ホルモンが具となり、専用のタレにつけて食べます。
普通焼きうどんに入れる、肉は豚や牛ですが、ホルモンが具材であるため独特の旨みが堪能でき、リピーターとなる人が多いようです。
たれはかけたりするところもあり、店によって違ってきます。
2009年度第4回B-1グランプリでは第3位に輝いています。
